I listened to this and highly enjoyed it. The narrator did a great job on all the voices, especially the neighbor, Vicki. Part one is all about Phoebe Miller, a somewhat bored housewife who spends her time watching the blue car parked down the street that she knows is just watching her--even recording the date, time and how long it stays there. When new neighbors move into their neighborhood, Phoebe finds herself with a new BFF-Vicki.
Part two of the book...and Phoebe is dead. Who killed her and who is the person in the car?
This was a fun, twisty read and a great audiobook for a newbie like me.
