Read and finished this book for likely the twentieth time. This time on audio! And loved it just as much as ever. A consistent re-read for me.
The focus of this book is not necessarily the atrocities of WWII, even though they are present, but rather the focus of faith and how if can affect you under any circumstances. Reading a book like this makes me hesitant to ask for more faith, since faith most often come through suffering. Even so, a powerful read for any believer in Christ.

Corrie Ten Boom's faith is inspiring! Her strength and trust in God is so deep. I'm not sure that I could have stayed so strong after enduring what she had to go through. I truly admire her faith and trust in the Lord.

Want an incredible story!! I've known about Corrie for years, but reading this book brought so much more of her story to light. Betsie & Corrie's unshakable faith in God through the most horrific circumstances makes this a must read for all Christians.
