I don't know why I had never read this book before. It is SUCH a powerful story of God using an "ordinary" person to do amazing things for Him in times of great need. Her willingness to do whatever God called her to do during the Nazi occupation of Holland, and His sustaining grace throughout this time of terrible suffering make this a must-read.
Still hard to comprehend that this is a part of our world history. Stories like these are important to hear so that we may never forget. Very inspirational.
