And the series is over. I would have liked some more daring exploration of the Will, the House, Arthur, the Days, and so on, before the main resolution. I didn't think the ending was bad, though I suspect many will be disappointed by it. There was a fair amount that didn't end up being addressed. The lead up to the finale wasn't great. It felt more like things happened just because they needed to happen.

Not necessarily the ending I wanted, but I think the only ending it could be.

That was quite the journey. Even though I've read this book, it's been a long time and I forgot about the surprise ending. Looking back, the clues were all there, but still, I liked how it ended. I don't want to reveal too much because I enjoyed the experience of reading all seven books in a row without much prior knowledge. Overall, it's a well-researched and meticulously planned series. Nix incorporates the 7 deadly sins with each of the Morrow days, the 7 virtues with the 7 parts of the will, the Pied Piper, the Ancient Mariner, Prometheus, the origin of the world, the garden of Eden, and probably other things I either missed or don't remember. I loved many of the characters, especially Leaf and Suzy Turquoise Blue, and I had a good time with all of the books. I would recommend this series to those who enjoy fantasy, mythologies, adventure, and middle school books, especially those from Rick Riordan himself or from the Rick Riordan Presents imprint.

super disappointing ending.

A wonderful conclusion to yet another book series that will become one of my favorites. I have to admit that during the two previous books, I was feelings this a bit... iffy, but with Lord Sunday things just fell into place so well. Even if in a very painful and sad way, but in the only way it made sense. I cried my eyes out at the end of the book. I will reread this series again for sure... over and over.

Good effort. Last in the series. The characters were not as well written as earlier books. A lot of focus on drawing things to a close instead. Enjoyable nonetheless.
Probably reread the others as it is a while since the last book. Maybe a refresher would help.
Don't like finalbooks in series as the endings always make me sad there will not be more.

This book is not as long as it looks - fortunately. If it had been, I probably would have skipped to the end before I got half-way through. Bad habit of mine. All in all, it was . . . interesting. Not what I had expected, exactly. I find I am glad that I've *finally* finished this series.
