the writing wasn’t an issue i found the different tenses interesting but i just don’t think i was in the mood to be patient and wait for the story to come together.

This was a 4-5 star book for me until the end. When it literally had no resolution. I don’t care if it’s a trilogy, you need to have a resolution to each book. This is such a freaking money grab and I’m sick of this trend. If you’re going to break up you’re trilogy this way then just make it one long book. Oh wait then you’d only be making 1/3 of the proceeds. Cheap. Cheap cheap cheap.

AMAZING. Cannot say enough about this book. I'm sure it's going to be studied in literature classes around the world. It's the kind of book that lifts the whole genre up to another level.

It's a weird book, I liked the idea, but for some reason I was not invested at all. I didn't feel anything towards the main character or her friends... Not sure I want to continue this trilogy. 3

I don't think I understand the world. And I don't think I'm getting there. I have other books to read, so might come back to this some point in the future
