This was a slow read, I put it down and picked it back up several times. But the story was cute and the ending couldn’t have been more perfect.

My first Elin Hilderbrand read! I was so intrigued flipping back and forth between sisters, and islands, I just wish it had been a TAD shorter. Sometimes, the book lagged and dragged, but sometimes it flew through chapters.
Surprisingly, the characters were fun to read. I hated most of them at the beginning, but ended up rooting HARD for them all, especially Ainsley.
Overall, this was such a fun summer and beach read; especially when reading and learning about Nantucket and the Vineyard.
P.s: The epilogue was SO sweet.
