Each recipe starts with a title, prep and cook time and servings.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low sugar, low fat and fresh vs. canned.
Directions are given.
Nutritional info per serving: calories, fat -NOT broken up into good or bad, carbs, fiber and protein.
There are NO pictures.
Some recipes use a lot of spices and herbs so line them up before you start the recipe.
Like Boston baked beans as it's very similar to the one I use without salt pork and garlic.
Corn on the cob I'd also want to try along with yogurt recipes. We do make it in our pot already but it always comes out different..
A KEEPER because I know what I can use to make it healthier.
