it started off strong and went downhill. I think the story was too long--it probably could've ended 100 pages earlier. I started out loving the characters and ended up disliking both.
it was very cringey, the "spice" was mild at best and it was the same sex scene over and over again. a lot of the writing was repetitive. the timeline didn't add up and it was weird to find out that months had passed and the reader wasn't made aware of it.
I was looking forward to this series as it's been on my TBR for a while. won't be continuing.

Plot:

You guys!!! The tension, the banter, and the plot! I am in love with this book and now I'm going to go read everything this author has written.
This forbidden romance was so hot and I just couldn't love these characters more. Both are intelligent, caring, and mature which we need more of in the romance world lol
