I needed this book to heal my broken soul after Under Your Scars. Caroline was definitely handed a shit lot in life, but she didn’t let it harden her or shut off her light and love in life. Having gone through more than anyone should at such a young age, she obviously struggled to heal, but she blossomed into a beautiful and loving woman.

Caroline deserved so much better than that and she still loved Christian more than anyone else growing up! I will never understand why the book even ended the way it did or why even bring Caroline into this knowing the outcome. Wasn’t fair. Poor girl had to grow up like that! I know It’s just a book but still wasn’t right.
