This book was a gift. I didn’t know it was a novel let’s spin off from a larger book. I was a little confused on the beginning g, but the author does a good job of getting you caught up, but keeping the book short.
This books is powerful. It deals with the grief of loss of a loved one to suicide and murder. It deals with a girl learning to live her life and moving on after tragedy steals everything from her.
I give it four stars because it IS a complete story that delivers a powerful emotional punch. Now have to read the novel!
