An actor with a stalker is the last person Adam wanted to be a bodyguard for but with no one else available at Bodyguard Inc. he has no choice. Logan knows that stalkers happen in the business but that does not set his mind at ease. But when Adam and Logan find themselves becoming closer as the threat becomes more violent sparks are definitely flying. Can you keep your head in the game when your heart is on the line? Or are the sparks that they feel just because of the danger that is out there? With adorable characters this was a great read. Once again RJ Scott does not disappoint.

This was such a cute little read! Sweet, sexy, and pretty much everything you'd expect from an RJ Scott novel. She is one of my favourite M/M authors and so far has never disappointed me - she writes great romance and always leaves me smiling. Bodyguard to a Sex God was definitely no exception, and the ENDING! So adorable! I'd love a story for Ross and Kyle. Pretty please? ;)

Nice little story. I guessed the bad guy before it happened, but it was done well. Can't wait for the next one. Really like the other books I have read from this author.

Given the recent release of the second book in this series [b:The Ex Factor|21519096|The Ex Factor|R.J. Scott|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1398436821s/21519096.jpg|40842599], I figured I'd better read this one - and what a treat - two great books to read in a row!

I thoroughly enjoyed this story with its combination of sexy bodyguard and television star. Adam is an ex-cop who's not looking forward to having to watch over pretty-boy, Logan, when he visits London to attend a fan convention for his vampire television show. Logan has stalker. It sounds a fairly standard plot but it had many things going for it.

The main characters were wonderful and quite open about their feelings which was refreshing. There is not a lot of angst between the characters but they are definitely affected by a number of issues including Logan's closeted sexuality and Adam's desire to remain professional. The secondary characters were interesting (please give us a story about Ross and Kyle) and the drama was just enough.

With a good pace, lot's happening and likable characters, it's a page turner and this book definitely set the scene for a great series!

A copy of this book was provided by the author in return for an honest review.

está bien. no me cambió la vida, pero está ok.
solo no le pongo más puntaje porque usaba expresiones extrañas para el lube. dale vieja, no es slick, esto no es un omegaverse.

I hoped that this book would add some novelty to the good old trope of bodyguard and client falling in love, but I was somehow disappointed. Too many cliché of this genre plus the love at first sight aspect just covered and downplayed the attraction and the romance. The outcome of the threats to Logan was just too unbelievable (too melodramatic, chaotic and would have perfectly fitted in a soap opera) causing even the investigation part of the book to lose credibility and substance.

So at the end what I had hoped could be a solid 4.5 stars, stops at a 3 star evaluation. I liked it as an easy read for days when I don’t want to be too emotionally involved in the stories I read.

This was just an okay read for me. I felt the dialogue falter a bit over the book and I didn't feel much heat between the couple. I may try another book by R.J. Scott, because I did have a few moments of reading that I enjoyed.

I guessed the stalker pretty quickly
when Colin called him Isaac at the beginning of the convention that was a big tell
. However the chemistry was good and I still enjoyed the story immensely.
