many of the poems include the natural world. I did like the end of poetry and joint custody the best. I didnt hate the poetry but it didn't make my heart sing.

The familial stories and detailed images of these poems are grounding while the depth is impactful. Divided into seasons and focusing on plants and animals makes these words relatable. Connections of beauty from what may seem mundane in the natural world with human feelings both acutely observed and described.

I enjoyed her performance and I enjoy how she weaves mundane poems likes the one with a groundhog in her garden with poems about her grandmothers deteriorating mind or father and step father negotiated sharing space with sports talk
emotional sad fast-paced

A poignant collection of poems from one of my favourite poets. Masterful
