I did *get to the end* but I skimmed A LOT. Because…. Absolutely nothing happens. What an absolutely ridiculous exercise in patience. So. Much. Dialogue. About. Nothing. Oh and would you like to beat a dead horse over and over and discuss a menial topic ad nauseam for entire CHAPTERS? Then this book is for you.

I finished this one by sheer force of will. Because I felt the need to wrap up the series. If you don’t care about checking this one off your list, don’t bother.

Love how this series was tied up in anticipation for the next (and hopefully last) in the Blood and Ash series. The only annoyance was her not realizing her pregnancy earlier and we had to keep reading about all the obvious signs until she finally caught on.
