it was good but not great. the steamy scenes were a bit boring and unrealistic. I thought the drama was very drawn out and then all got resolved in 2 seconds so a bit like whiplash. very push and pull which I'm not a fan of.

I really enjoyed this book. Even though it was a novella it didn't read short or incomplete. I'm a sucker for older brother/best friend stories so I enjoyed this well paced, well written book. I'm really enjoying this series. What a unique idea for a series.

Falling for the Groomsman is part of the Wedding Dare series which centers around the wedding of Kady and Colt. We met this group in the novella by Laura Kaye's Dare to Resist. This time it's Kady's brother Tyler and her best friend Christine. They had a brief encounter 8 years ago and neither one of them has been able to forget. Christine is still holding a grudge because Tyler just left her and he is guilt ridden over his behavior. Tyler sees this wedding as a way to apologize to her and Christine sees it as a way to get back at him! Tyler is sweet, funny and wants to take care of everyone. Once he realized what he wants he's not going to give up. Christine is independent, stubborn and wants to fight off her feelings for Tyler. This story is sweet, hilarious and hot! I love Tyler's dirty mouth! I can't wait to read the next book in the series!

"And above all, don't make me have to kill you. I'm a doctor - I can get creative."

"Congratulations on being so observant. Should I get you a card or a cake? Maybe a cookie?

"That rock came out of nowhere. It should really watch where it's going."
"Yeah. It was obviously speeding," Tyler said, his tone way to sarcastic for her liking.

"Maybe I should call you Dr. McStubborn. Or Dr. McAss."
"Like Patient McClymsy"

"I would've danced with you tonight, just so you know. Because it's you, I would've. But if anyone else asked, I'd say no"

The ending was the best part of the story because how Diane got these two finally together.  She didn’t make it easy for the two…but when it ended…let’s just say it was epic.  Tyler did a great job at the ending.  =)
I give this book 4 full moons, and recommend it readers out there that enjoy stories of characters falling away from each other and coming back together later on.

"I can't stop thinking about you. I even dreamed about you last night. About how fucking amazing you tasted. How alive you were in my arms. Hell, I even dreamed about the way you cried out my name in Mexico when you came all those years ago. About how tight you felt around me... That's something I could never get out of my head, no matter how hard I've tried."

"Well, keep dreaming, because that's the only time you'll get to touch me, or hear me cry out in pleasure, again."

Famous last words.

I may or may not spent my whole night binge reading all the books in this series. But let's start with why I love this one:

1) Dirty talking doctor

okay that's basically it, hahaha. I love Christine, and I love watching her list of sex things to do unraveled and is rebuilt again around Tyler.

and did I mention Tyler knows (and sings) Taylor Swift?

"Received and ARC for an honest review"

I'm just loving this series! This time Jen made an exceptional job with this story, it was funny and hot. Christine and Tyler had one night to remember 8 years ago, now at his little sister's wedding she just doesn't want to think about him, just her to-do list on kissing a stranger, having sex outside and make out in the elevator.

We can read both POV which makes this story awesome, also you get a glimpse of other characters in the series, the story plot line was insanely good and I just can't wait for more.
