Into the Still Blue was a terrific ending to the Under the Never Sky trilogy.
Often what can happen in a book/series is that there is no balance between aspects of a story, and I see this occurring mainly in urban fantasy or dystopian novels. Some focus too much on the romance, some lack world-building, sometimes the plot can drag out... The author can focus on one aspect solely and as a consequence, the book overall suffers. However, Veronica Rossi did not do this and absolutely nailed the balance in this conclusion.
I thought every element of this book was done brilliantly. It was so well-written, the action was constant, the plot was unfaltering and I could not put the book down! There was friendship, there was conflict, there was family, there was sadness but there was happiness too. And best of all, the romance was perfect. Aria and Perry are one of my favourite YA couples; they are both so strong with or without each other. And Roar, oh Roar. There is much love for those three characters from me.
I'm so happy with how this series has drawn to a close. Is it an amazing series? I wouldn't exactly say so as it does have a few small flaws. But the Under the Never Sky trilogy was a solid series. Great writing, great characters & great action. It's definitely up there as one of my favourite YA dystopian novels and I am so sad to have to say goodbye to these characters.

I kind of wished more of this, but in the end I was satisfied with everything. Aria and Perry needed some drama, they were boring most of the time. But all in all, a great ending to a great series. The world was different and interesting but a bit stupid and the story was good but not awesome.
I have to point out that this isn't a series for anyone who likes solid world building and the Aether was confusing at times.

Loppu oli kyllä hyvä, pidin sitä. Cinderiä jään kaipamman ikuiseti mutta muten en voisi toivo parempa loppetusta sarjalle
Loved this ending! There is some not-so-happy stuff that happens and I really, really don't like the villain, but a very satisfying ending!
