I think this is going to be a favorite series. The world is complex and interesting, the characters are adorable, the writing style is impeccable, and it's just so much fun.

Enjoyed this one even more than the first one. Oh how I wish I had Irene's ability to use "The Language"

The second Invisible Library book finds Irene chasing kidnappers into a world of chaos. As with the first, there's a good amount of action and intrigue, and lots of Irene barely escaping death by the skin of her teeth. We learn some more about the dragons and the fae in this one, but not much more about the library itself. The way it ends tees that up for the third book, though.
