Enjoyable, sweet, and Kris has my heart! I wasn’t completely sold on Loch, but I did enjoy his character. I think I wanted a bit more character development from Loch, especially towards the end. It seems to be a theme with the Royals and Romance series that I love the first 3/4, but I feel like the author’s endings need work.

I wrote this quote down the moment I heard it on audiobook because it is probably the best line I have ever read. WHAT?? IT’S TOO GOOD TO BE IN A HORNY GAY ROMANCE BOOK BUT IT’S THERE AND I LOVE IT! Anyways, this book is probably about as good as the first only I related a lot to Chris here. He kept making me so emotional. To be honest, the whole book was him having one big breakdown, but I loved it.

The audiobook is also amazing since the voice actor (Dylan Fitzpatrick) uses an Irish accent for Lock. I just really like the Irish aspect since it is not often books have Irish main characters.

I definitely suggest reading this but read it after the first.

The smut and banter also had be blushing and slapping my thigh the whole time.

En este libro seguimos la historia de Kris, el hermano de Coal que conocimos en el libro anterior, en su viaje a Irlanda durante las festividades de San Patricio para realizar trabajo diplomático luego de que una broma al príncipe heredero haya sido exagerada por los medios.

Me sigue gustando la forma en la que escribe la autora, y los momentos más fuertes del libro los sentí al principio, antes del viaje, y en las interacciones entre Kris, Coal e Iris.

Mientras el romance en el libro anterior me encantó acá me dejó bastante indiferente. 

Espero que escriba un tercer libro y sea sobre Iris, te lo pido por favor Sara Raasch. Necesito saber qué está pasando en su reino.
