Brooke always knows how to captivate me. I was so freaking excited for this one, and she did not disappoint. I could not put this one down once I started it.
Landon is sweet with a side of sarcasm. I loved his humor. He is also so kind and caring even though Ellie kept pushing him away. Ellie is headstrong and fiercely loves her people. She keeps to herself and holds tight keep her life quiet.
I loved their "second chance". I found myself laughing, crying (as always), and squealing. The banter was so fun, and the chemistry was thick friends.
I just adore this series and the Hollis crew.

Fall With Me is my favorite of the Sugarland Creek series! It's an emotional and captivating small-town romance that focuses on Landon, the middle Hollis son, and Ellie, the barrel racer training at the ranch. When the book begins, we find that Landon's gone through an extremely traumatic event when he was younger that helped shape the man he is today. Ellie's also gone through something, and it's caused her to not exactly be Landon's biggest fan. She's got to put her feelings aside, though, because she needs Landon's younger sister to be her trainer. The problem? Landon's got a thing for Ellie, but she doesn't hide the fact that she dislikes him. When he finally gives up, something happens that gives him a clean slate with her for a time. Will anything become of this new chance, or will the past continue to haunt them?
This romance is both so sweet and steamy, but I love the angsty angle! I mean yes it's got all the makings of a good book with the compelling storyline and likeable characters and all that, but it was the sense of can they make it work or is it too late before anything even can happen that truly got me. I could FEEL the uncertainty that resonated throughout this book, and it was that questioning of why and what happened before the incident from the characters that really made me fall in love with this book. Yet, at the same time, the story wasn't overwhelmed by it either. I guess what I'm saying is that the angst was done just right. Then throw in those swoony moments and I was a total goner.
Plus, Landon and Ellie were so push and pull and then when things changed were so adorable. She's determined and passionate and also wounded from something that happened years ago (you'll see when you read the book), but after the incident she's so incredibly sweet. And Landon? As a character that started off the way he did, he wound up being such a puppy to Ellie, and it was both so cute and sad and then endearing. I love his character completely.
So, if you're a fan of small-town romance, then Fall With Me and really the whole Sugarland Creek series needs to be on your TBR. It's moving and has spice and possibly my favorite MMC from this series yet, and I highly recommend it.

I’m not usually a fan of amnesia tropes but I felt that this was such a great take on the trope! I loved flipping Landen and Ellie’s relationship on its head. Can’t be enemies if you can’t remember why you hated him to begin with! Landen might have some swagger but that boy had it bad for Ellie for four years. I loved seeing him get his opportunity for her to really give him a chance, to see him for who he really is. While I enjoyed the book, I felt that the pacing on the front end was slow. Ellie doesn’t get her amnesia (a main plot point) until halfway through the book. I would’ve liked to see more efficient pacing. Despite that I did enjoy this book and would recommend it for fans of an enemies to lovers/grumpy sunshine vibe.

Landen is the sweet middle sibling of the Hollis clan and has been trying to get Ellie, one of Noah and Landen's barrel racing clients, to notice him for 4 years, but she won't give him the time of day and won't tell him why. When her memory gets muddled after a barrel racing accident, Landen is hesitant to let Ellie in for fear she will hate him again when she remembers, but the pull between them is too strong.
This was such a sweet slow burn cowboy romance! The fact that he waited for her no matter how she treated him was the sweetest thing! She did have a good reason, but I'm glad she was able to see the scenerio for what it was! I don't want to say much else to ruin the plot lines that keep the suspense strong, but this one had me wondering and gleaning details from everywhere to make my guesses on where the plot was going!
Going to keep reading the Sugarland Creek Series as it comes out!

New to me author and when I saw it’s an amnesia trope?! I had to dive it.
Did.not.disappoint.
Author Brooke Montgomery just got a new fan. I freaking loved this book.
Hate to love.
Hate you to I forgot who you are to now I like you.

Ellie’s passion is barrel racing. She eats, sleeps, and breathes it.
When an opportunity arises to work with the best trainer in the state, she can’t pass it up. When if the trainer is the sister of a man she absolutely hates. Ellie thinks he destroyed her family. Ellie can’t stand Landen Hollis.
The banter! Oh my god! It’s the best! This is a book that doesn’t have a soft spot to bookmark the book. You feel the need to read it all in one go. I did.
Four years, Ellie worked next to Landen and hated his guts the entire time. Never gave him a reason why but this cowboy tried like hell to break those barriers.
Until a scary accident hit Ellie and she ended up with amnesia, forgetting who Landen was and why she hated him because damn, is he hot!
This was such a feel good romance. I devoured it. Fell in love with the entire Hollis family and I will definitely read the entire series now. I’m close to being obsessed over this found family. ðŸ¤
HEA guaranteed.
