Eh. That sums up how I felt about this book. I’m probably spoiled because the first Colleen Hoover book I read was “It Ends With Us” and I’m not sure anything will top it.
“Confess” was a quick read, which I’ve found to be the case for Hoover’s books, but it was missing something. It felt like it needed to be longer with more details. While I like books that I can read quickly, I found myself wanting more for this one.

This is one of the worst books from COHO, but it is still better than Never Never. The premise is not bad. However, the main characters lack connection, making it hard for the reader to understand the motivation behind their attraction. Borderlines read obsessive, which doesn't align with the storyline. I would not recommend this book. However, if you want to read COHO, I would say, Verity, Layla; it ends with Us and Ugly Love.

Every time when I’m in a reading slump I read a book from her because I know it will get me into reading again and it really did.
I finished this book in a day and that’s rare for me.
If I could give it six stars I would.
From the first page I knew I was going to love it and I was right.
I loved the idea with the confessions so much, told all my friends about it.
It’s so good I would read it again even tho I’ve never read a book a second time.

This book deserves more than 5 stars. In my opinion, it is one of her best books. So many emotions throughout the story ❤️❤️❤️
Ahhhh Colleen! Tes livres sont addictifs...on les ouvre, on ne veut que les finir. Si je ne suis pas tombée en amour avec tous ses garçons...Adam...Owen...mais PAS TREY ohhh noooo grrrr que je le déteste!!!!. Histoire quasi-parfaite. J'avoue que cela a tellement été long (en terme de péripéties) afin de savoir quel était le lien entre Owen et Auburn que le punch n'a pas eu le même effet à la fin...mais ça ne fait que la différence entre 4 ou 5 étoiles.
Sérieusement...G-É-N-I-A-L!! En plus les peintures dans mon livre. je capote!

I thought it sucked and I don't know why it has such a high rating.
First book of 2017. Hopefully there are better ones on the horizon because jeez. That was rough. Every cliche you can think of in one book. And some of the most corny lines ever written. Blah.

I thought this book was super cute, but I felt like the ending was super rushed and I wanted so much more!
