Because of how highly so many other's rated Under Your Stars, I thought for sure I was gonna love it. And the devastating part? Yeah, I did shed a tear but nothing sob worthy and I certainly was not devasted. That tear -- it was for Caroline. That little girl deserved better and as a parent, one of the things that keeps me here is not wanted to clock out on my kids so for Christian to do what he did really pissed me the f off.
Honestly, between the writing, the Batman fanfic vibes, and the eye-roll-worthy unrealistic plot, I couldn’t get into the book enough to care much about the ending. Was I surprised? Yes, but that doesn't make up for the rest of the book.
I listened to the audiobook and Lee Daniels and Joe Arden did a great job narrating.

This was so tragically good!! Oh my gosh, the roller coaster of emotions! This book was amazingly dark and incredible. I hate the ending though.It was raw, brutal & spicy.
