My favorite book that I have ever read. I fell in love with the characters, the writing was so beautiful in my opinion. I debated reading for such a long time because of it not having a HEA. This book broke me, absolutely ripped my heart out of my chest but if I could read it again for the first time over and over I would.

I am unwell after that ending. The book was dark and twisted and easily the darkest romance I have read. I was originally spoiled by a paragraph on social media but it in no way prepared me for the whiplash I was a victim to with the final chapter. My jaw was on the floor and I don’t know if I’ll recover after this ending. If you want something dark, twisted and absolutely full of rage and pain, this book is for you.

This book was beautifully written—haunting in its portrayal of grief, depression, and the messy ways they intertwine with anger. I knew going in that this wasn’t going to be a happy-ending story, but still, part of me wished for a resolution that didn’t feel so devastating.
Ariel had me rooting for—and falling for—a bipolar vigilante. That’s no small feat, and I thank her for crafting a character who reminds us that even the darkest, saddest parts of ourselves might still be worthy of love.

I truly don’t even know where to start on this book!! This book actually BROKE me! The emotional roller coaster I went on with this story!! I felt genuinely every emotion… but the ending…. I CRIED!! It was so beautifully written and kept me on the edge of my seat! I literally could not read fast enough or stop!! I was so sad it was over when I finished I was not okay!
