Excellent story!

Very interesting about investing in the Russian market when the USSR was dismantled and the repercussions when an American tries to get into that market and made a load of money, and how the Russians fought back with corruption and threats/crime to “win.”

poor writer and unsympathetic narrator, but interesting background on the Magnitsky Act

lots to think about with this fantastic read...how would I act; the risks taken by the author as a new businessman and throughout his career, what happens next? How does one react to cultural differences? How does one balance work and personal commitments?
Thank you to my dentist for a great recommendation.

Intriguing and horrifying true story. But the author is so unlikable (#wealthBuysJustice) plus the text is poorly written. Better off reading the Atlantic Article "An Enemy of the Kremlin Dies in London | Who killed Alexander Perepilichny?” By JEFFREY E. STERN (JANUARY/FEBRUARY 2017 ISSUE)

Another great read finished in less than two days. It blows my mind that almost any part of this book is true. To think that this all happened as recently as it did? Even crazier. I would definitely recommend this as a read for everyone.
