I usually don’t leave reviews but I really enjoyed this book. It really resonates with where I am in my life presently and the hopes that I have for my future. I think the author did a great job at capturing the thoughts, the fears, and the faith that Yinka has.

A beutuful story about self love. I couldn't put this down. I related to Yinka so much. I definitely know what it's like to not feel beautiful or feel like you are worthy of love. White supremacy really has done a number on black women.
