Not to be read in one go. Take your time. Some of the pieces I related and connected with a lot more than others, but it was good to read in understanding how a variety of different people experience mental health.
Moderate: Death, Eating disorder, Emotional abuse, Grief, Mental illness, Medical trauma, Self harm, and Suicidal thoughts

I started 2020 by reading Feminists don't Wear Pink and afterwards I felt... mildly disappointed? For some reason, I still decided to start off 2021 by reading the second anthology in the "series", It's not OK to Feel Blue. Unfortunately, it left me with the same feeling even though my expectations had been lowered. Most of the pieces felt very surface-level and generic and more than once, I found myself skimming... that's not to say there wasn't pieces I liked, there definitely were two or three that stood out to me!
Moderate: Mental illness, Addiction, Alcoholism, Chronic illness, Death, and Toxic relationship
