Realmente se me hizo muy fácil de leer, me encantó como poco a poco Poppy se iba dando cuenta de las cosas realmente importante, siento que tenía aveces mucho relleno con respecto a las vueltas del mismo asunto y eso sí se me hizo algo tedioso, la verdad me gustó mucho.
Oh thank the freaking gods named in this book. It only took me literally six months, but I finally finished it. Look, was the book bad? No. But, was the book good? Also no. Well, it was fine. It was entertaining at parts and the story is intriguing and since I’m not a smart woman and had no idea I’d accidentally read the prequels first, I have a good idea of where it’s all going. But also, this book is loooong. So long. As long as Casteel’s “member”? I don’t know because I zone out the moment the author uses the phrase “bundle of nerves.” Which felt like a lot. Definitely a lot more than I was comfortable with.
That enemies to lovers tension was real and felt like the biggest slow burn, yet so satisfying. One of the few times I finished a book and stood up and said “what the f***?!” and immediately needed the next book.
Esperaba tanto de este libro porque el primero me pareció fantástico, pero este no llenó mis expectativas. A pesar de que la saga me sigue encantando, considero que la autora en este libro se dió muchas vueltas en los pensamientos de Poppy (lo cual me resultaba agotador) y rellenó con un vaivén de detalles de Atlantia.
Aún así, el libro no es malo. Y el mundo que crea la autora me encanta, al igual que la relación entre Cas y Poppy.
