 Grand overview of spirituality basic concepts as they transform across all religions mixed with some of the four principals and other core self discovery concepts. A great starter book but I have read about most all before. This book was selected by me as I believe it was featured in a scene in White Lotus. A good starting point for someone beginning their reflections.
