Tak neskutečně prdlé :D V jednom kuse jsem se smála. Mia má velice zajímavý styl uvažování, že takhle budu mluvit ještě hodně dlouho.
Což znamená, že už vím, co na Meg Cabot všichni vidí. :)

This is a hard one for me to parse out. The Princess Diaries was a foundational read for me as a teenager and so I still see it with that sense of love and nostalgia. Simultaneously, I would not recommend this for a modern reader because so many of the references and glib teenage hot-takes cross over into being offensive.

I'm not really sue my true feelings on this book. I wish I had read this when I was between the ages of 13-15, I think I would have enjoyed it much more.
I decided to pic this up because I love the movie, well this book is nothing compared to the movie. It follows the same idea and plot, but with an almost completely different story line and characters. All of the characters but Tina and Micheal were incredibly annoying, the grandmother was just plan mean, Mia's father is alive, an Joe is not Joe he is Lars(and acts nothing like Joe). I'm also not a huge fan of the diary style. Nothing in this book really kept me interested, but I didn't hate it either, it was just a meh book to me.
All in all I didn't really find anything special or exciting about this book. Like previously said, it was just a Meh book. I am not sure whether or not I will continue.
