Great read, I was invested and chuckling the whole way through. The one area of improvement would be Raithe. All the characters are so well written and full but this "main character" couldn't be more bland and unimportant. He's often just standing in the background. I'm going to continue the series and hopefully his role/character grows in future books. Also the map at the start of the book was laughably bad.

Very satisfying classic fantasy with an interesting take on elves (aka the Fhrey).
I loved all the characters (except the ones that you're clearly supposed to hate) and I'm looking forward to spending more time with them in the rest of the series.
