Didn't realize how accurate most of the movies actually are! Charming, classic children's story, full of imagination inducing imagery and light hearted fun.
This is a reread. I always loved the story of Peter Pan growing up, and still kind of do. If only life could be that simple.

I've obviously read peter pan a dozen times now but this was a very fun read as I was teaching it to my 9th grade students. I had so much fun seeing this book through kid's eyes - they noticed so much that i didn't!

Not a fan of some of the language but, hey, it's an old book. It's interesting to see the difference of what was considered suitable for children then and now.

I love this story so much and it is a surprisingly deep and poignant insight into the simultaneous innocence and cruelty of childhood. Reading it as an adult is very nostalgic but bittersweet to reflect the youth that has escaped your grasp. I recommend.
