The end just changed my entire perception of the book that I had all along. Mixed feelings.
The story was a bit slower than I was expecting. Peter Pan, as I’ve gotten older, is not someone I would like in person. Wendy is an enabler too. I do like that it continues further than I thought the story would go.
Read a long time ago when I was a kid. Hated it. The book is very racist towards Native Americans and the portrayal of women is bad too. Not to mention the fact that Barrie was a creep in real life. Would not recommend this book or the Disney movie based on the book.

Peter in this book was so very much a chauvnistic pig and to much violence that i could not tolerate for no purpose.
