Oh my lord was this book just all kinds of emotions and suspense it was absolutely one page turning of a book. This lady is just beyond amazing with her storytelling ways. No spoilers here but if you've read the first book of Jace Carter's story you'll definitely want to read this one.
I'd highly recommend one clicking this book but you need to read the 1st book A Single Glance to be able to understand the 2nd book and I'm sad to say it does end on a cliffhanger, but the other book will be out soon and I can't wait to read what happens next.

This is my opinion and my review

Omgg I loved Jase and Bethany.

Bethany is still grieving from her sister's death and she also goes through some more traumatic things in this book which make me feel terrible for her. She is also struggling with the fact that Jase is in the line of work which killed her sister and I do understand why she feels like that.

I LOVE JASE. He can be so sweet and affectionate and also ruthless and dominating which is the perfect blend. He is so committed too helping Bethany and keeping her safe which makes me swoon so much.

They have such amazing character but they are both struggling with their feelings and keeping things from each other which makes me want to slap them across the face.

Every piece to a chess game has a certain function and the players use strategy and perfect planning to win the game. Jase has always had a plan in mind but using Bethany as his pawn throws his planning out the window leaving him in unknown and uncomfortable territory. This story has more twists and turns than a roller coaster and leaves the reader with more questions than answers. Locked in from the opening pages and without the ability to put it down this was a fabulous read. Willow Winters has once again written a book that will stay on my mind for a while, I just hope she writes the next in the series very quickly.

Another great read which I love Jase and Bethany story even more.. I think you enjoy this one as much as their first story.. I am looking forward to see what happens in the next book of their story.. Because I really need more after how it ended.. Why does she always leave me hanging for more.

WOW!!!!! Willow never disappoints with her books. This one was just as intense and fierce and suspenseful as her previous titles. I loved every dark delicious moment of it!! Her books are a serious must read for those who love very dark themes and intense alpha men with seductive qualities!

Omg I don't even know what to say about this book. It gave me such a hangover that literally last for days and I still don't think it's gone.
This book is an absolute must read, filled with heat, passion, chemistry, secrets, twists and turns and with a ending that will leave you with your mouth hanging wide open and speechless.
Willow you are the Queen at giving us breathtaking worlds along with addicting words. Please never stop writing!!
