DNF - Page 55

3.5 stars
I'm a little confused after finishing it. To be fair, it was a little bit difficult to get into it. Yet it did have quite a few good thought pearls, and I feel like maybe upon a reread and a reflection I'd understand and like the book better. But right now I'm still a little confused and dazed. I think it's partially the monologue style, while also sustaining the pretense that it is a dialogue, as well as the feeling that the talk never ends, it continues to stream out of the narrator's mouth even after the last page as it had been before the first page was ever written.
Anyhow, this is a reminder to reread this when I feel a bit more sane and see if I can get to the depths of Camus' creation.
