Just what I needed! This book was like a Hallmark Christmas movie, a warm hug with low angst and some cute tropes. I loved the friends to lovers trope in this one even if the miscommunication part annoyed me. I will definitely be reading the rest of the series, this was such a cozy mood read!

I'm a sucker for friends to lovers, and the author did a wonderful job really diving into the feelings of Luka and Stella. The pining, the tension, the romance... 10/10!

I was worried about what the conflict for them would be, and while I almost got mad at it, it made sense for Stella's character and the fact they were able to talk it out felt very true to both of their characters.

Overall, a great read especially during the winter holiday season!

This was a low 3 stars/ on the verge of 2.5. The book was infuriating. I hate when the main character is so back and forth with their thoughts and feelings and that’s exactly what happened here. Also I feel like the book had a strange start. Their relationship also kinda annoyed me at some points. Honestly it was a cute book but could have been executed way better.

Also the chapters were soooooo long which was really annoying.

the tension is this book is UNREAL. hands down one of the best so far whew. and honestly i've never felt this excited for a side character's book but Beckett had me rooting for him from the beginning lol, man is so funny without even trying.

cld have been way more enjoyable without that stupid annoying mandatory breakup in every romance book zzz

This was cute! It was almost a 4 star for me but not quite. The MMC was a total golden retriever and the sweetest but I couldn’t get on board with the FMC.

Stella is a small town Christmas tree farm owner. The farm is in financial trouble and she hasn’t confided in any of her close friends, who also happen to be her employees, about the it. She enters a social media contest and lies on the form in her attempt to save the farm. The trouble is, now she needs to be in a serious relationship and she could not be more single. Enter her long time best-friend, Luka. Will Stella be able to save her farm? Will she and Luka be able to maintain their friendship after the elaborate rouse they must now pull off?

This was SO cute!!

Fake dating is elite but the best friends yearning to fake dating and yearning is on another level!! The Christmas tree farm vibe is immaculate, I felt like was stepping into a hallmark movie.

Also I read this on a plane and I didn’t hide my little giggles at how cute these two were together.

Audio was also immaculate.
