Had to read CB Samet first…
I love the sensual chemistry, realistic daily life, and suspenseful tension you get with one of Ms. Samet’s books. And while you only really get a taste with Connor File the characters endear themselves to you from the start and take you on a short sexy wild ride.

I read Wildflower by DM Davis. This was the absolute sweetest start to this duet! Reid is a dream! He is so infatuated with Daisy! He treats her like a precious gem. And Daisy is such a kind and loving soul! This is a novella so it reads super quick! I can’t wait for the second part!! This does end in a cliffhanger.

I always love an anthology with some of my favorite authors (and some new to me) for a good cause. I jumped in with Ofelia Martinez’s contribution Palpitation. It is a sort of second chance, brother’s best friend, doctor/medic romance set in her Heartland Metro world. It is a quick, no angst read. Camila has recently moved back to her hometown and is working as an ER physician. During a mass casualty event she catches a glimpse of her childhood love, Leo. Ofelia does a great job of integrating culture and family seamlessly into the story. It is a short story but allows the reader a peek at Heartland Metro and the desire for more

***Palpitation by Ofelia Martinez***
This is my new standard for steamy, HEA novellas. I love that Leo & Cami did not have some unrealistic insta-love, but rather found themselves meeting again by chance, and seeing where feelings took them. The story did not feel rushed, like some novellas do.
As always, Ofelia dished up wonderful characters, that fit so well into the world she already created, and added the heat she gives readers in her rockstar romance.

palpitation by Ofeilia Martinez is a quick friends to loves, brothers best friend story. This is 18+ spicy story. I love what Ofeilia writes as i feel connected to the charcter evenin her novella and i cant wait to read more

Brave Enough to Dare- EmKay Connor
I loved this story, it is so cute and makes you feel good. Chloe is so sweet and goes after what she wants. My favorite part is when she sees Dom and makes him join the party she is attending. Dom has to grow in this story. Chloe helps him do that, so he can have the career he wants. I highly recommend you read this story, you will definitely fall in love with these characters. I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Absolutely loved this short story by Ofelia Martinez. Leo and Cami were so cute and loved their chemistry. This quick, second chance, brother’s best friend, forbidden romance is spicy, sweet and charming. Ofelia delivers the same heartwarming, beautiful story and makes you fall in love with the Heartland Metro Hospital world all over again. Definitely recommend.
