Cute rom-com about two meet who have a 1 night stand and end up working together on a TV show. We meet Maria, spunky Swedish woman who decided she wanted to try something different from theater and dive into acting in LA. Her costar Peter is a more experienced actor who finally lands a big role only to end up working closely with his one night stand gone wrong. You watch their relationship blossom and develop over the course of 6 years. There were parts that I felt dragged on longer than necessary and other parts that felt it was missing something. Overall I did like the book and the characters.

Disappointing. I’ve found other Olivia Dade books charming at the very least. This dragged out and miscommunication was a conflict throughout which is just tedious.

Probably a 3.5 for this one
It was just as well written as the rest and the characters were super likeable. It also had the same variety and depth of the other ones which I love, because it never comes across as preachy or 'in your face'. It's just a realistic representation of actual people who have actual struggles in areas other than romantic relationships. Every one of these books we got realistic characters with realistic and common struggles (Dyslexia, ADHD, somewhat chronic shyness).
I think I just didnt click with this one as much as I did with the 2nd one, but that was just personal preference. On all elements that matter this book was just as good as the rest and extremely well done

I really wanted to give this five stars, because I love the characters so stinking much, but the conflict towards the end took me out of romance zen. I still love Olivia’s voice though!!

Ugh unfortunately I could not get into this book to save my life. I was constantly confused and when I wasn’t confused I was just bored.
I really wanted to love this book however I just struggled to connect with the characters and felt that Maria and Peter didn’t really have great chemistry and they were just really emotionally immature.

Once the filming stopped, I got bored in the book. I just couldn't keep going. I found a other book and started reading that. Maybe I'll finish this one at some point. It started out great, but lost my attention in the middle.
