Interesting personal thoughts about a random selection of philosophers. Worth the time.

This book is great, a very reflective memoir-esque novel about various philosophers. I haven’t read much philosophy and enjoyed the little bits of history and information associated.
This book is SLOW, It’s reflective and relaxing. I struggled with it a bit as I am a finisher when I get to the last 25% of a book, but you should not do that with this one.
The best times I enjoyed this book were when sitting in the park, reading a bit and trying to take in the information. This is a book I would suggest reading a chapter every day or couple of days rather than plowing through it.

A really lovely, easy, reflective read. A nice super-accessible dip into philosophical thought.

Weiner discusses the theories of several philosophers so it a great overview of philosophy. But more importantly, Weiner illustrates how these ideas can be food for the soul and a path to a rich life filled with meaning.
