I enjoyed this! It was super fast paced! I only guessed one of the twists and the rest gave me total whiplash I actually said “whaaat” out loud to myself. Those are my favorite kind of psychological thrillers. This was at times wild and creepy but you really never know what crazy is lurking around the corner.

I love a good psychologist and patient story so this was right up my alley. Imagine your husband is a psychologist and you hear all of his sessions with his patients through a vent in a room in your house that he has a private practice in. Twists and turns all the way through! I would recommend it to anyone who wants a fast paced solid read.

wow no thank you. not predictable but not interesting and the reveals were like halfway through the book. stephan king retellings should be illegal. but I like the main character & his wife

This author gives a huge hint via one of the characters about a plot twist and I STILL didn't see all of -that- coming. This was definitely a thrilling thriller. I couldn't put it down, I had so many other books on hand but I kept coming back to this one.
I was confused for a bit of this book however when I started to piece everything together I realized how brilliantly this author worked on not making anything too obvious until it was right there. There were two things I never saw coming. I had some of it figured out but most of it I was way off about.
If you loved Misery (the movie or the book), definitely give this one a whirl!
