I listened to the audio of this book and loved having the author bring to life his great big cast of characters for me.

This is a story about family, belonging, fitting in, immigration, cultural differences and human nature.

I was moved by the members of this enormous family and their relationships with each other, it was a very good listen.

Actually 3.75.
A lovely concept for a story though hindered (for me; surely not for others) by being almost 5-10% in colloquial Spanish. A great portrait of family.

Absolutely loved it. The characters were so authentic and well-written, it was easy to fall into this book.

I didn't find it that interesting and then it became due at the library.
