I have very mixed feelings about this book.
I loved the bits and pieces about architecture. The raw thought, concept, character and spirit. Written with such deep understanding of architecture itself.
However, I don't I think would have finished this book if the story didn't somewhat revolve around design and building or if the main protagonist wasn't an architect. That was essentially the most interesting part for me. The others, I practically forced myself to read.
