3.5. I loved her voice so much and her writing was soooo good. just sort of a meh plot. but we love silly strange ladies.

I liked this book, I did…but…I don’t really know what it was about? Or what the point was? Or what really happened or if the ending makes any sense.

I liked the spooky, curly mystery of the thing and enjoyed the writing and the premise a lot. But the narrator is not very…realistic? Likeable? Easy to follow? I don’t know.

I enjoyed reading it but I would have a lot of trouble describing the book or why I liked it…

I'm sure this will be a hit for many people, but this was just not it for me. Nearly DNF'd, but between the audiobook and physical copy I got through. I would recommend reading at least 25-30% before deciding if this is for you.

Imagine you could have closure with every ex in your past in order to be able to move forward with your future.

Lola is engaged and seems happy. She’s pulled in to a controversial new “treatment” which is supposed to draw your exes to you. Will you choose closure? Will you let sleeping dog lie? Even then, will it help you get closer to your fiancé or drive you away?

I enjoyed Lola’s cynical point of view and her quick wit. Any book that takes place in NYC is good by me.

It’s a bit SciFi and love story wrapped up with a little Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. I enjoyed it.

Alright, pack it up. Time to go home, I’ve found my favorite book of 2022.
