This was really cute!! Such a sweet Christmas read, but it wasn’t overly Christmassy.

The unexpected magic for me going in blind was such a feel good element to the story.

I loved the small town Scotland setting, and the puffin references that were really referring to Rosie and Alexander

This was such a cozy read. I love Rosie so much. She creates such a safe space for her self that she realizes that she’s not really living. When her late aunt leaves her bookstore in Scotland she doesn’t even think twice and starts a new chapter of her life. Alexander is so sweet! He’s quiet and kind and he saves puffins! These two together are just magic and the sweetest coziest little story. I definitely recommend this one.
