3.5, this was one of the most unique settings of a romance that i have read and i love not having to read about straight people!! however, i was more interested in them renoing the house and living off the land and was a bit robbed of that experience. once the two mcs got together it felt a little rushed and i didn't really feel the connection between the two characters. but i liked the em a lot and her own personal journey! overall i liked the subplot over the main romance plot.

This book was just aggressively average. Couldn’t even tell you the characters names and I didn’t feel any chemistry between them at all

I read 12% of this before bed and then proceeded to forget the book existed.

A charming, escapist read, which exactly what I hoped for going into it. 🐥🌱

Very cute and wholesome, I love the queer commune in the countryside thing. Nothing especially amazing or groundbreaking but I enjoyed myself reading it.

Usually when I read “too much” of a book in a short period I feel out of it and a little guilty thinking of what other productive things I could’ve done with my hours, but with this one - NOPE I read it in a single day and finished with a huge smile on my face and a desire to move to a commune in the English countryside with my friends! This was so cute and fun and reminded me a lot of Boyfriend Material. Really taking advantage of the beginning of the semester and not having much homework yet
