Okay, I know this is only volume 16, but this is easily the BEST volume in the series so far. Holy shit, everything was fucking perfect! Character development! Incredible action! Cool artistic decisions! EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!!!

Seriously, I had to take several breaks from reading this volume because I WAS SO DAMN HAPPY and needed to cool down. I love seeing growth on both sides of the team, it's great not seeing only the star team get development. And holy SHIT, Yamaguchi was best boy, hands down, DON'T FUCKING AT ME!

I'm so pumped after reading this volume and seriously cannot wait to see how this match ends. This has been one of the most exciting shounen battles I've ever read and I'm loving every second of it. Argh, I love this series so much, I can't stand it!

I've watched the anime and know how everything turns out, and I'm still getting all worked up. I'd say that's a sign of greatness. Definitely one of my favorite manga/anime ever!
