can’t wait to think about this when i’m working with my clients :)

This book both gives a voice to the struggle a lot of people in their early adult life have and gives some guidance for approaching this time.

I enjoyed this and learned from it and even scheduled and had my first ever therapy session mid way thru reading it. (Did not really click with the therapist but it was a good first step partially influenced by this book.)

I recommend it.

Loved this book. Would recommend to all my friends. Also made me realize I should get back to therapy, lol.

not a bad framework - the beginning feels a bit too new-age-y and fairly repetitive, but the case studies do actually resonate a fair bit and a lot of people could probably benefit from this

so important, so well written and with amazing references

Expected something more academic or more of a step by step framework. Was met with vignettes of 4 individuals that didn’t quite scratch the itch of what I was looking for.
