Good cute book, very slow burn, not a whole lot of actual romance, LOTS of casual flirting and stolen glances.

Not bad

This is an example of age-gap and UST done right!!! The sexual tension was crackling off the page and it still had that awwwwww quality to it at some points. Plenty of humor and sweetness, but the payoff was oh so sweet! And I loved Milo! He was the perfect kid-balance in this story.

Gosh, this was so adoreable!!

Content warnings include: death of parents, leaving the older brother (24) caring for the younger one (11), people being antagonist about age gap (24 and 39 years), about teacher dating a student's caregiver and about the older brother's caretaking abilities; mentions of family breaking off contact with adult gay son because of his sexuality.

I loved the setup for this novel, and it delivered in absolute perfection. Made For You is definitely one of my new favourites by Anyta Sunday. It's slow burn but there is no frustration or over the top awkwardness (save for one scene), with both characters being open about their attraction (and generally about their feelings) from the start and mature about not giving in to it until the moment is right.

The bird watching was a very nice touch, and I liked that it played in New Zealand! Cameos from the characters from [b:Taboo For You|34195165|Taboo For You (Love And Family #1)|Anyta Sunday|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1486501332s/34195165.jpg|25255768] are a nice little touch, but it's not necessary to read that in order to understand Made For You. The book is very much a standalone.

There is little drama, the book being a very positive one with just a bit of angst. Most of that is around Ben's parents death, and him failing at raising his little brother Milo while both of them are still dealing with their grief in different ways. The love and care between the brothers is obvious from the start, and I liked that it stayed a sibling bond between them - yes, Ben is Milo's guardian now, but that doesn't mean he automatically turns into a parent or parental figure overnight.

Jack fits perfectly into the little family, the fact that he is Milo's teacher never distracting or being a problem on personal level.

Overall a super sweet feel-good romance with just the right amount of heartache.

I received an ARC and reviewed voluntarily.

It was a cute story, I didn't have any problems with the plot but I just couldn't connect that much with the characters.

Just lovely. The chemistry between Jack and Ben was crackling from the beginning and the family vibe between the three boys was fabulous. It totally convinced me that they were and would stay a successful, loving and supportive family unit in the long run.

OH MY GOD it feels so real;( as a parent figure who doesn't has anyone to lean on Ben definately doing a really good job!! well maybe not that good, maybe he messed things up sometimes but he is trying really hard to be the best figure for Milo and it really warm my heart
