Good uplifting book some messages about god and Jesus were a little lost on me but it was inspiring I really want to read uplifting books like this to launch the month to get me thinking about what I can do to bring more happiness in my life going in to the school year I really want to be stress free if it’s true what this book says the stress is a choice and I want to choose happiness and no stress so been thinking what I need to put in place to make that happen or at the very least get close

If you love reading books on spirituality, then you definitely have to read this one. Well written, simple language, not too philosophical.
A great book to achieve spiritual growth and the art of letting go to move on in life.

2.5/3 - Some parts were very thought provoking and impactful which gave it a lasting impact, but chapters 14-17 were the best - the first 120 pages of the book could have easily been 30 in my opinion, which made it hard to really get into as I found myself skimming what felt like repetitive sections. Also, the book opens with and continually references throughout a very general spiritual tone, but the last chapter in particular entirely focuses on God and quotes several Bible passages, which felt jarring to me to go from compared to the earlier sections of the book. However, the overall message is inspiring and good for any deep-thinkers to consider!
