This story was all over the place. I found it best to just skim the "plot" and read the smut. But even that was a bit painful to read at times. At the end of the day, I hated Shaw and I hated Emi and I was happy to hit the last page.

Emilia the Mfc decided she is going to decide who she looses her virginity to before she is married off by her brother. Emilia and shaw our Mmc had a hot a steamy night together with no names shared.
5 months later yep you’ve guessed it a pregnant Emilia arrived at Shaws business with her Mafia brother Luca demanding they marry.
Plenty of back and forth in the book , lots of angst and ex partners who aren’t prepared to be forgotten, literally hate Lizzie.
Loved the book . Love Shaws protective domineering alpha hole personality but sometimes I wanted to crawl into the book and slap him silly the way he treated Emilia.
I can’t wait for the rest of the series really hoping Luca gets a book at some point he really is a grumpy Mafia leader which just happen to be my favourite.

I absolutely looove mafia romance but add in dark romance and spice? I’m sooo here for it! SHAW was a searing fast burn from the very beginning, Shaw and Emi’s chemistry is undeniable and it hooks you right way. Emi being a mafia princess brings in all the thrill and drama you want in a book while Shaw being a billionaire with alpha qualities brings in the spice.
I loved seeing a combination of romance, drama and friendship, it was really nice to meet the STORM boys and learn a little bit of their background since they will continue to appear in the series.
This is a bit of a bully romance as well so at times Shaw was a bit of a controlling, dominant alpha male but it came across a bit forced and I did want to kick him in the head a few times for being straight a-holy lol
Overall I absolutely loved SHAW book 1, it had the perfect amount of spice and it left me wanting to know more about the characters and I highly recommend it!

This book served all the BJ Alpha goodness in one book and I ate it up!
Emilia has always been protected and took a chance to do something for herself. This ended up leading her to meet Shaw and their lives change big time afterwards.
The chemistry between Emilia and Shaw was palpable and hot. Their first meeting was steamy and it came with a surprise for both of them.
𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐞𝐫. 𝐓𝐨 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐞.
Shaw was obsessed with Emilia. He had some growing to do as a character after being forced to marry Emilia. But at the end he was the perfect OTT hero. And I loved Emilia's sweet character. Their story is filled with panty dropping steam. As if I expected anything else from my fierce steam leader BJ Alpha.

I melted for the pure moments between them. Even though these two could have used a bit more talking but they preferred to take of their clothes. As if I could blame them.
BJ added enough drama and bits of suspense to keep the story going and keep me unable to put the book down. Shaw's friend group is the best. It added funny moments and gave a small insight into those characters.
So bring on the stories of the other men of Storm Enterprises. I am intrigued and needy for more!
