Light hearted and funny. It picked up after getting to Monster City and liked all the various monster designs.

So sweet. Good depiction of imposter syndrome.

A cute, quick read full of colour and food.

This was a fun read, made especially so because having it take place in Monster City make gives the artist interesting visuals to draw. This book portrays obviously, but well, the voices in our heads that constantly discourage us, as well as how we can either choose to take our our own baggage on others, or use our experiences to help others achieve their own dreams.

I have to admit that I found the interior art a little bit flat, especially because I really like the issue covers (which I realized were by a different artist).

Main character was boring and <flat out ignored the dietary restrictions the monsters were supposed to be following>.

Cute and fun, but with interesting & more serious messages.

Thought about this overnight, and wanted to add: my favorite part about this was how they showed Brianna's feelings of self doubt, as a dark cloud that pops up even when she's doing a fantastic job. I also loved how they showed her getting past it (mostly). It was one of the most accurate and helpful ways of showing that voice of self doubt, and I really appreciated it.

Aw man, I wish this was an ongoing. It was just building up to so much! What a great cast! And we never saw the rest of the brothers!

I really enjoyed this! Cute little read about a woman who maybe has depression? At least that’s what I took from the little black cloud around her. Set in a monster city she opens her own restaurant.

Loved the character dynamics, will definitely continue with the series!
