I became addicted to James & Penny from book 1 and I just love them even more in this book! Not only do we get to see their relationship grow, but we also get to see them work together as a couple to overcome tricky situations.
After how book 1 ended I just had to carry on to book 1 to see what happens next. I felt connected to Penny about her feelings towards James and how everything was affecting her. And of course eventually we see how James has been dealing with it all too.
I loved seeing Melissa & Tyler again (even thought I felt crushed for Tyler and just wanted to protect him 🥺). Then meeting new characters like Brendan and Rob - who were so hilarious together 🤣🤣 and Penny’s parents.
I said this book is fast paced which it is, but I think it started to slow down a little after half way in which we could really see their relationship grow. Ivy really knows how to keep you turning the pages and carrying on chapter after chapter.
And then their is the humour that just keeps on coming too that makes me smile or laugh 🤣🤣.
Of course how can I forget about the sexy scenes 🥵🥵🥵🥵 OMG I would have to say they have gotten spicier since book 1 and I LOVED IT!!!
I can’t wait to carry on the series to see how their future continues because this series is so ADDICTIVE!!! x
