Picked this up from the library on a whim. Liked it a bit more than I thought I would, though I am doubtless so far removed from the target demographic for this work that that may count as high praise. The plot was silly, the characters a bit flat and the artwork, well, I've seen better. Still I was on balance entertained and never once disengaged to the point where I didn't have an interest in seeing what would happen next.

However, make what you will of the fact that I also took the second volume out of the library at the same time and am going to be returning that one unread with no great sense of loss. It is due and I simply won't have time to get around to it.

I feel like it was for a younger audience. Character and word building wasn't good. I finished it, so it wasn't horrible, but it wasn't good.

I liked the art, but the book as a whole was disappointing for me...

Didn't love the art style and the storyline moved way too quickly (the scenes felt jerky and uneven). Overall, it felt too flat and insubstantial for me.

Terrible. But then terrible is synonymous for Sugg, so why expect anything else?

I really enjoyed this book and I am utterly excited as the second book in the series will be released in the future!

It gets a bit heavy handed but I really liked it anyway. It was only a matter of time before someone took the "there's an app for that"mentality and applied it to bullying and escaping from it.

Evie is the school outcast, even her cousin treats her terribly. She lives alone with her terminally ill father who is a software designer. Evie doesn't even get a break from torment when she's at home thanks to the wonders of the internet. Dear old Dad decides to make a safe space for her. Somewhere for her to recharge and get strong enough to face her difficult day.

Trust a bully to ruin it.

Evie's got a lot to handle but she does handle it and support comes from unlikely places. It's a great story, I do wish the end had been a little bit stronger, but it's a great read (you really feel on edge when Evie's space becomes threatened) and I think a lot of people are going to see a lot of themselves in it too.

Finished it within an hour - honestly I wasn't expecting such a great, action packed storyline! A great read if you're a little tight on time but still need something to do, the graphics were also incredible and I loved the characters.

Well this was disappointing. I liked the art style of the illustrations but otherwise this story was very basic and boring. I'm seriously giving the 2 stars only because of the art.

I picked this book up because its by one of my favorite youtubers but I'm glad I didn't spend my money on it I just borrowed it from a friend. I think Joe should stick to being a youtuber.
This novel was just all over the place I felt like when the characters did speak it was to give us a lecture to not be a bully! And I get that he wants to get this message across to all his viewers but it's just not working for me. There was no real story I feel like he just wanted to make a walking dead type of thing but this was just stupid like I'm sorry I just didn't enjoy this at all, there was no real plot line and the characters were not well developed at all! This novel was also very rushed I fell like if they would've put more thought into it it could've been better. I'm very disappointed , not worth spending your money on.

Awesome book, although I found it very short. Hope @ThacherJoe comes out with a new book ASAP!!!
